Generations and Gender Survey in Poland
Also called on this website 'Generations and Families' survey due to its Polish name
GGS (Generations and Gender Survey), in Poland, known as "Generations and Families" survey, is the main element of the GGP. It is a panel study conducted in editions comprising three waves on a large representative sample of adults aged 18-59. In countries where panel studies of seniors like SHARE are not conducted, our research sample can include people up to 79 years old.
The study covers topics such as family biographies, generations, social roles of women and men, reproductive behaviors and plans, health and well-being, as well as living conditions and professional activities.
The data obtained from the study are internationally comparable and are available in open access for researchers, making them a valuable source of information on the life courses of families and individuals. Access to the data can be obtained under the link: https://www.ggp-i.org/data-portal/.
