This website partially complies with the annex to the Act of 4 April 2019 on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public bodies due to non-compliances listed below.

- Unclear alternative text for icons/symbols in the menu and link labels
- No information about the expanded or collapsed state of lists in the main menu
- Incorrect name of the language selection list item, no indication of the active language and the state of this element
- Invisible dropdown indicator in the language selection element in high-contrast mode
- Invisible information about the selected language version after text enlargement
- The X website logo is not visible when zoomed to 400%
- No visible focus on the language switch button and insufficient focus contrast on some page elements
- No mechanism for closing content that appears under the cursor in the main menu
- The menu cannot be expanded using touch screen interaction
- Insufficient minimum contrast of the skip link text and breadcrumb navigation text after text enlargement
- No information about the page area containing breadcrumb navigation (on smartphones)
- Lists created without the use of semantic HTML tags
- Improper heading hierarchy, empty headings, and missing markup for headings that are visually present on the page
- Inadequate headings in the footer for the element “Redirection to an online sign language interpreter” – the link to connect with the sign language interpreter is located in the footer under the “Policies and rules” section
- “Read more” links that do not indicate the purpose of the link and are not specific
- The buttons' accessible name does not include the visible "Read more" text
- Alternative text for images does not describe the purpose of the link
- Table formatting used to create page layout
- Incorrect reading order: the cookie-related message is read at the end of the page content
- Missing cookie policy page (incorrect link from the cookie policy banner)
- No feedback message confirming the performed action (acceptance or rejection of consent) in the cookie banner
- No information about page reload when changing the language version of the site
- No warnings about opening links in a new window
- Errors in the HTML code structure
- The need to scroll in two dimensions in the “Frequently Asked Questions” section
- No button role defined for elements in the “Frequently Asked Questions” section and no indication of their expanded/collapsed state
- No headings in the “Frequently Asked Questions” section
- Attachments on the website without proper descriptions indicating the link purpose and file size
- Inaccessible documents on the website
