Resident – but who exactly? Measuring the immeasurable.
At the conference “Resident – but who exactly? Measuring the immeasurable”, we had the pleasure of presenting a paper titled: “Transformations of the Contemporary Family from a Life Course Perspective.”
We are proud that, through our presentation on the transformations of the modern family from a life course perspective (based, of course, on data from the Generations and Gender Survey), we were able to contribute to the discussion on revising the methodology for measuring Poland’s population.
We gained many valuable insights, particularly regarding the integration of perspectives from government institutions, local authorities, demographers, the academic community, and statisticians.
